ABOUT ELIZABETH WILLIAMS

Strategic, data-driven HR Manager with value-added expertise in Program Development, Safety, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. I especially enjoy utilizing my problem solving skills to develop programs based on business needs, leveraging technology to streamline processes, developing cost savings initiatives, and developing talent. At Atlas Hydraulics I\'m responsible for training and developing leadership at all levels. I created a safety program that reduced workers compensation costs by $100k and lead to the plant going 2+ years OSHA recordable free. I recently worked at Frigoglass, an Ice Cold Merchandiser. While there I developed a safety committee with audits and accountability, resulting in 50% fewer injuries. I also developed a performance evaluation process for hourly associates. I was involved in the multiple restructuring efforts of the plant and the eventual plant closure. At IAC I created a discipline database to analyze reoccurring issues in the hourly workforce, determine training needs and streamline the process. I have a strong passion to utilize technology to streamline HR processes, support operations, and save time and money.I also worked at HTI as a HR Manager where I was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding and retaining over 160 hourly (Full-Time Regular and Temporary) associates at a BMW supplier start-up operation manufacturing front and rear axles for the X3 model. I created a human resources department from the ground up in a start-up operation including a B shift ramp up. Additionally I created a series of retention efforts to maximize profits and efficiency in a competitive business climate.
