Serve as a career coach, program manager, learning content developer, workshop facilitator, and strategic thought partner supporting staff career development across UC Berkeley-Lead the Skills for Success Program, a cohort-based initiative for early career, individual contributor staff focused on identifying transferable skills and applying them to new roles within the university. Program components include self-paced e-learning modules, experiential activities, live virtual sessions, guest speakers, and curated learning resources-Provide one-on-one career coaching to UC Berkeley staff-Oversee multiple staff development programs, including the Staff Fellowship Program, Transferable Skills Library and Grow Your Journey Learning Pathways-Support the planning and executing the UC NOW (Next Opportunity at Work) Conference, a systemwide professional development event drawing over attendees and featuring keynote speakers and 20+ breakout sessions-Co-Lead CoachingHQ, a virtual weeklong conference component including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, and webinars related to career development-Deliver engaging workshops and presentations to campus staff on career development topics, connecting them with tools and resources for intentional growth and advancement
