   Designed, organized, and taught classes on small business entrepreneurship and core principles of business development to high school and undergraduate students at local community colleges. Exposure to the community college environment led to a greater understanding of the college curriculum and available instructional support activities. Collaborated with College\'s Departmental Chairs and other institutional leaders to ensure course content was consistent with Department\'s priorities and strategic goals. The course content was intended to support the College\'s interest in supporting the workforce and economic development of its students. Utilized evaluation strategies recommended by the Department to assess the effectiveness of workshops and classes. As part of the faculty, also provided students with insight into College\'s academic and student service initiatives. Mentored students and encouraged their preparative for various career paths.
