For many years, I have been a bit obsessed with Pilates. Just ask anyone who knows me and they\'ll delineate my epiphanies about Joseph Pilates\'s original work and the benefits I tout everyday. My decades of practice has now expanded to include teaching. I am certified in Classical Pilates Mat (200 hours) under 3rd generation teacher Andrea Van Zile de León of VIDA Pilates in Washington, DC. My Comprehensive Classical training on the full range of Pilates apparatus including Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Barrel, etc.(600+ hours) is also through VIDA Pilates. On the PR side, Malcolm Gladwell would call me a maven. In my ongoing quests to unearth and share the must-have, must-see or must-do, I soak up news and insights from all corners of social, digital and traditional media. I love to spot trends, dig deep into consumer behavior and custom-fit internal and external communications for maximum impact. I approach my work with energy, careful analysis, targeted outreach and a passion for exceeding expectations. Add in a knack for stringing words together, a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic, and I’m ready for any MarCom challenge.
