WORK HISTORY
Founder @Rebirther Women Foundation
As Founder of RebirtHer Women Foundation, I design and lead transformative models that support the social and economic integration of displaced and refugee women. My work focuses on building frameworks that reduce workforce attrition among women with lived experiences of displacement, thereby lowering long-term dependency on welfare systems and strengthening pathways toward sustainable livelihoods.Key Responsibilities and Contributions:• Integration Models & Frameworks: Developed evidence-based models that address the critical “Stage 2 of Integration”, where women are post-healing but pre-belonging, to enhance workforce retention, reduce systemic exclusion, and promote financial independence.• KinCircle Community: Founded the KinCircle Community, a rapid-response support system designed to diagnose and address job-loss-prone cases before they materialize, ensuring displaced women retain meaningful employment and career stability.• Policy Research & Advocacy: Lead ongoing research initiatives that inform government and institutional policy on job retention for displaced populations, offering scalable, gender-sensitive solutions grounded in real-world experiences.• Flagship Program Design: Designed an 18-month flagship model (pre-launch) that holistically integrates psychosocial support, career enhancement, and financial stability to support displaced women in rebuilding their professional and personal lives.• Community Building & Engagement: Create safe spaces, both in-person and digital, for women to connect, share resources, and access mentorship, while fostering collective resilience and leadership.• Strategic Partnerships & Representation: Collaborate with policymakers, civil society actors, and employers to strengthen inclusive labor pathways, while amplifying the voices of displaced women in policy and public forums.
