I have a decade of ICU nursing experience, which started at a quaternary cardiac center and a level I trauma center for the WWAMI region. This is where I learned how to run day-to-day clinical activities—managing staff allocation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient throughput—in a dynamic, high-acuity environment.
