I help people - and businesses - tell and share their stories. I believe we all have a story to share. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what we want to share, as well as how we want to tell it. That’s where I come in. After we discuss your goals, I’ll come up with a plan. This may include website copy, email blasts, blog posts, ebooks, social media, ghostwriting services, and more. With more than a decade of experience in writing, editing, and social media in fields ranging from manufacturing, software, and immigration law to parenting, food, travel, and beauty, I’m well versed in the changing landscape of not only creating a story, but sharing that story with the world (or with a very specific audience).    Provide guidance to international staff on best practices related to social media and blogging • Assign blogs and other communication items to international staff • Transform data and lessons learned into various communication products to share the story of WI-HER\'s impact • Develop a monthly social media calendar, including videos, blogs, short-form content, and more, to showcase content that features WI-HER’s areas of expertise: gender equity, social inclusion, workplace harassment prevention, systems strengthening, capacity building, social behavior change, policy reform, quality improvement, research, and more • Work with the Knowledge Management Associate to create the communications strategy and systems; assess both the strategy and systems on a regular basis • Develop, edit, and post social media content; design graphics as necessary • Convert long-form content, such as blogs, into short-form content for dissemination • Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media posts using analytic tools; adjust the social media strategy as necessary to maximize reach and engagement with followers • Monitor trending content and share when appropriate • Interact regularly with social media followers and partner organizations • Conduct capacity development training related to developing content for field staff • Lead public communication efforts via social media platforms, blogs, and other communication materials • Shape impactful statistics and data into social media stories and/or use them throughout blog posts • Copy edit blog posts, proposals, concept papers, and other long-form content on topics related to behavioral science, health research, health-seeking behavior, diversity, gender equity, inclusion, and more • Write articles about WI-HER\'s work for publication on such platforms as SBAIC.org • Represent WI-HER as the Communications Committee co-lead for the Coalition for Racial and Ethnic Equity in Development (CREED).
