I develop engaging, culturally relevant lesson plans to build English proficiency across reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. I assess students’ language needs, track their progress, and create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment to foster confidence and effective communication. I also collaborate with other educators and support staff to help my students succeed in their academic and personal goals while navigating a new language and culture.
