Collaborate with AgeWell Pittsburgh partners and service providers to deliver high-quality programs and services for older adults, ensuring alignment with best practices and community standards.Work closely with supervisors and community partners on the development and coordination of evidence-based programs and technology supports for older adults.Coordinate virtual and hybrid programs including the Virtual Senior Academy, HomeMeds Medication Management Program, and the Caregiver Aging Mastery Program.Create and distribute marketing materials for classes and activities; promote programs using social media, digital channels, and print.Train instructors and partners on the use of virtual platforms and provide ongoing support for staff, volunteers, and participants.Host and facilitate Zoom sessions and assist educators, clients, and volunteers with recording and producing hybrid programming.Identify service gaps in the community and contribute to solutions that enhance offerings for older adults.Prepare reports, ensure data entry compliance, and contribute to division reporting, including the Annual Report.Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.Provide administrative support including client needs management, meeting preparation, data analysis, and material development.Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate and uphold the JCC’s core values of respect, kindness, character, and community in all work and program development.
