Her experience includes over twenty years of master facilitation, collaborative leadership, partnership development, employee engagement turnarounds, and wellbeing program strategy. Previous roles have ranged from VP Employee Health and Wellbeing at TD Bank (US), Client Relationship Lead for the East at Anthem/Elevance and Aetna. She has also founded 3 small businesses and served in leadership roles to launch 2 mid-size companies. She is a former Top Gun participant with Mindful Employer, and has a certificate in Conscious and Authentic Leadership through Babson College. Growing up near Yosemite National Park in California, Elizabeth is grounded with a deep connection to nature. In recent years, through the study of neuroscience and mindfulness, her practices have reinforced her innate knowledge that nature is wellbeing.
