My practice focuses on defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage issues, and other employment-related disputes.I regularly handle matters before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the EEOC and state human rights departments. I manage all phases of litigation—from early case assessment and discovery to motion practice and resolution—while keeping business objectives front and center.In addition to litigation, I advise employers on day-to-day compliance with employment laws, workplace investigations, terminations, accommodations, and risk management. I work closely with HR teams and leadership to develop proactive strategies that align with each organization’s goals and minimize legal exposure.With a practical, responsive approach, I help clients stay ahead of issues while protecting their interests in high-stakes disputes.
