With over a decade of experience across the tech, education, and social impact sectors, she brings a data-driven, human-centered approach to building cultures where people and performance thrive.Lizz’s career includes leading global learning strategy at Google, where she expanded an asynchronous learning series to employees and increased training completion rates by 30%. At DC Public Schools, she launched a marquee system-wide learning initiative that became mandatory district programming and impacted more than employees. She also created the employee resource infrastructure for nearly staff and secured multi-six figures in funding for company-wide employee engagement programs. In addition to her extensive career, Lizz is the creator of PO’ UP, a storytelling card game celebrating the shared cultural experiences of Black college students and alumni.
