One of my greatest joys is working with individuals and communities both locally and globally to co-create actionable strategies for them to thrive.I believe the best solutions come in simple packages, breaking big goals down into sustainable steps, all while working with an individual or community to holistically and empathetically strategize for best steps forward. I seek to use my background in organization/innovation management and intercultural communication to identify and tap into existing strengths and design effective plans for individuals and communities to reach their aspirations and achieve their desired results.As an active volunteer of Engineers Without Borders, I\'ve engaged with communities as a bilingual project lead in Guatemala and El Salvador. Together with the EWB team, we\'ve supported the build of potable water systems, listened to input from community voices, and strategized for future projects.My LinkedIn doors are open to you!
