Oversee full-time staff and district operating budget, manage board of 50 members, serve as primary spokesperson. Milestones during tenure include- Community review of Mayor\'s 2016 Housing and Zoning proposals (ZQA/MIH)- Passage and implementation of Amsterdam Avenue and Central Park West bike lanes- Multiple-year review and approval of American Museum of Natural History Gilder Center expansion- Broke ground on NYC\'s first all-inclusive and accessible playground (Bloomingdale Playground)- Launched and grew CB7\'s social media presence, first Board to enable livestreaming and remote participation at public meetings- Creation of Public Housing task force providing services and support to thousands of neighborhood NYCHA residents- Quarterly Business-to-Business networking series supporting dozens of NYC and UWS small businessesThe role of Community Board 7 is to ensure that city services are accessible and responsive to the residents, organizations, businesses, and institutions in our neighborhood.
