Overall coordination and management of 150 Senior students\' service at 40 partner service organizations on 14 occasions throughout the academic school year. Identified opportunities for significant improvements to program, solicited feedback from multiple audiences, and successfully introduced enhanced program in September, 2023. The re-imagined Senior Service program at UofD Jesuit benefits: 1) students\' learning and overall service experience; 2) partners, by providing servant assistance that\'s deeper and broader in scope; and 3) the school\'s \"brand\" because the new approach aligns with school\'s 3-year strategic plan and will ultimately contribute to a more unique point of difference vis a vis other Catholic or private secondary schools in the Detroit area.
