ABOUT ELIZABETH PLOUFFE
A serial entrepreneur, dedicated advocate and passionate teacher, I am the Founder and Chief Minion of Spero Careers Canada. Through the development of NANAWorks, Spero Careers Canada will combine my interest in technology development with a driving force to be of service and do good in the world. NANAWorks is an online platform which will bridge the gap between the youth and adult neurodivergent community and employment success. Currently battling an 85% underemployment or non-employment rate, the autism community has had to rely on the neurotypical face to face coaching model with limited success. NANAWorks will level the playing field and bring the resources and people necessary for employment success to the autism community.
