About Liz P.
With nearly a decade of experience in the hospital, my journey has taken me from being a patient care tech to a registered nurse in the ER, travel nursing across the country, and to now working in a high acuity, fast-paced cardiac cath lab at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.In the cath lab, I\'ve honed my skills through diagnostic right and left heart catheterizations, complex PCIs, and TAVRs, among other procedures, alongside interventional cardiologists. This experience has fortified my teamwork and communication abilities with coworkers and physicians. Having previously worked as a travel nurse, I can quickly adapt to new environments, assume diverse roles, and establish rapport with colleagues. Throughout my experience as an RN, I have always thrived in critical care settings where decisiveness and effective communication is key. Additionally, my leadership role as a charge nurse has equipped me with many valuable skills that benefit me in my day to day as an RN. Looking forward to building connections with this platform.
