EPP was established in January 2014 by Elizabeth Parks Landry, former 18+ year Executive Director of the largest legal-specific staffing company in the US. We have a unique business model of partnering with our recruiters, not just hiring them, to ensure all have a vested interest in doing the best job possible for the benefit of both clients and candidates.We are a green company, with a far smaller carbon footprint than traditional brick & mortar agencies. Our unique business model allows all of our personnel to work from home offices versus traditional office buildings. Our structure not only eliminates commuting, providing more productive time to work orders - it has also been structured to provide a team environment & the sharing of national resources.
