Empowering others to reach past their own perceived limitations to make transformational change. Coaching I work with women in transition—changing careers, finding balance of career and new motherhood, or returning to work after taking time for family. My approach focuses on the entire person, not just the professional. I understand the puts and takes on your energy, focus, and motivation, and will give you the tools find the balance of be successful in your professional role while still have time, energy and enthusiasm for the rest of your life. Facilitation I recognize and acknowledge the individual, and understand how the individual fits into the larger system. As an extrovert (Myers Briggs) and an Empathic Relator/Activator( Strengths Finder), I love working with teams, groups organizations to making deep connections for lasting change.
