ABOUT ELIZABETH MORAFF

Organizational leader building up communications, culture, and systems that turn values into results for mission-driven organizations.I help mission-driven organizations operationalize their values in everyday processes and mobilize their people through iterative strategy, empathetic leadership, clear systems, data-driven iteration, and effective storytelling.I began my career working directly with people in community programs, then moved into shaping and leading the programs that trained others to do that work. My path led me into marketing, communications, and strategy, where I focused on clarifying missions and telling stories that motivates people and activates resources.As an executive leader and Chief of Staff, I partner with our senior leadership teams to set strategic priorities and break them into actionable steps. I strengthen culture, improve decision-making, and build systems that support growth and accountability. I bring deep experience in people management, interim leadership, and turnaround work during periods of growth and change.What sets me apart: my voracious appetite to learn, continuously improve, and then create processes that make great work inevitable across an institution. I lean on (and hone) an ability to connect people, story, structure, and data. I care deeply about results and use data to learn what is working and drive meaningful impact for people and communities.
