Manager for the St Mungo\'s website, social media channels and other digital assets. Working as a part of the Fundraising and Communications Operations Team. Led on the digital implementation of the new St Mungo\'s brand on the website and social media channels in 2024 and manage the day-to-day operations for site management, design, compliance and performance. Working in collaboration with the Policy, Press & PR, Volunteering and Recruitment teams for social media campaigns, as well as consulting with the Public Engagement and Digital Fundraising teams for awareness and donation campaigns. Overseeing St Mungo\'s presence on third-party platforms, for example managing Google Maps listings, and handling legal removal requests for content on both owned and non-owned social media channels whenever there is a breach of privacy or safeguarding concerns. Acts as a community liaison for requests on social media, alongside the Digital Fundraising team, helping to direct a variety of enquiries and requests for support from clients, donors and members of the public.Handles risk assessment and risk planning for crisis management on social media and web presences, both general and issue-specific. Also responsible for the Kerslake Commission on Rough Sleeping\'s digital presence (website and social media, as well as digital press and content packs for report launches).
