With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry I am committed to cultural change within the construction industry through respect for people and continuous improvement, I am the National Lean Director at JE Dunn Construction. I am also the founder and CEO of The Sacred Transition, a non-profit that provides compassionate support to people impacted by cancer and grief. I hold a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential, an Extended DISC Facilitator certification and a Meditation Teacher certification, which enable me to facilitate and coach high performing teams. My mission is to drive continuous improvement and value creation for clients, partners, and employees, by applying lean thinking and innovation to every aspect of the construction process.
