With over 20 years of experience in public service, international development, philanthropy, and the social impact sectors, I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals and create positive change in the world. As the Founding Director at Gruppo, I provide consulting, coaching, and training services to clients across various industries and geographies, with a focus on government, empathy, organizational and strategic planning, leadership, measurement and evaluation, performance reporting, diversity, and inclusion.Prior to founding Gruppo, I was the Director of Planning and Performance at the International Rescue Committee, one of the largest humanitarian organizations in the world. There, I led the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, performance management systems, and business development processes for a portfolio of over $800 million in grants and contracts from public donors. Previously, I served in both the Obama and Bloomberg administrations and was the founding COO of Everytown for Gun Safety, amongst other roles.
