GHTP-Credence Management Solutions, LLC Contractor•Coordinate and support the Country Team System to ensure positions are filled, and team members understand their roles and responsibilities for over 63 global health country teams.•Collaborate with OCS to develop tools and processes to strengthen GH’s engagement in the program cycle process including country development cooperation strategy (CDCS), project and activity design, operational plan (OP) and performance review process.•Analyze and promote learning across field missions on the development of CDCSs, noting the successes and challenges, by building a database of CDCS strategies and relevant program cycle areas.•Ensure Country Teams are linked new Country Support Network (CSN) with the broader Agency engagement to support countries - monitoring that Country Team Leads are part of the new CSN, assist with tracking technical assistance requests, and support the implementation of the Technical Services Portal, and facilitate training of UTRAMS usage and reporting.•Serve as the Country Team Lead Alternate for the South Sudan Global Health Country Team and Country Assistant for the Pakistan Global Health Country Team, providing technical and programmatic support to the field health team in collaboration with Technical Liaisons and Mission health staff.•Assist with knowledge management, ensuring the Mission Resource Hub has the latest information for all Washington-based Country Teams and that timely communications takes place between headquarters and the field.
