Responsible for managing escalations, communicating risks to leadership, and providing guidance with roadmap planning- Contributed to the initiation and success of the Core Marketing data engineering team. Provided direction on the team roadmap, built and established relationships with stakeholders, delivered 20+ new pipelines on time, and managed the team/pipeline onboarding with SRE and QA- Led a proof of concept project, adopting Amazon Web Services (AWS) for compute of 2 data pipelines. Established relationships and collaborated with vendors, data engineering, SRE, information security, and privacy engineering teams- Assisted with the onboarding of 3 new team members. Created documentation giving new resources an overview of the entire organization, list of key stakeholders, and a deep-dive into the team\'s foundational data pipelines.
