About Elizabeth Kolb Farr

Elizabeth Kolb Farr enjoyed a 27-year career in independent schools before entering consulting in 2017. In her partnerships with clients, primarily independent schools, Liz deploys her nearly two decades of frontline fundraising and staff management experience. She possesses particular expertise in sustaining and accelerating annual giving, instituting and orchestrating high-performance major gifts programs, preparing for and executing capital campaigns, and training staff and volunteers in best practices. An independent school alumna, Liz began her career as an upper school English teacher at boarding and day schools, then served in advancement roles at elementary and K-12 schools across the country. Liz is a past President of the Junior League of Philadelphia, for which she was a five-time member of the Board of Directors, chaired the Annual Fund twice, and co-chaired the first-ever capital campaign.
