I advise companies nationally on employment and operational matters and considerations related to mergers and acquisitions. I serve as a trusted counselor and trainer to employers of all sizes, advising in nearly every area of employment law and day-to-day personnel administration. I conduct employee and manager trainings and investigations on a variety of topics, including anti-harassment, interviewing, managers and the law, and respect in the workplace. I help employers eliminate risk and promote meaningful cultural change to align the organization with its values and goals. I prepare employee handbooks and personnel policies, as well as employment agreements (including incentive and executive compensation) and restrictive covenants, including non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. Emerging from the pandemic, I help companies adapt to shifts in their workforce with remote workers.
