A Butler University Alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Education. As a Youth and Community Development major with a concentration in Human Communication and Organizational Leadership, I\'ve built a strong foundation in understanding the dynamics of people, communities, and organizations. My academic background has equipped me with the tools to lead with empathy, communicate with purpose, and collaborate effectively to create meaningful impact. Through my work with AmeriCorps VISTA, Community Of Hope, and Urban Alliance, I\'ve gained hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector - supporting community programs, strengthening organizational capacity, and working directly with youth and underserved populations. Each of these experiences has deepened my commitment to service and sharpened my skills in relationship-building, program coordination, and community engagement.
