SEC Reporting & Public Company Readiness: Leading SEC reporting initiatives for annual and quarterly filings, technical disclosures, and SEC comment responses, while preparing companies for IPO and enhancing financial reporting and regulatory processes.2. Financial Regulatory Reporting for Broker-Dealers: Managing complex regulatory obligations under SEC Rules 15c3-3 and 17a-5, FOCUS reporting, Net Capital/Customer Protection, and FINRA requirements.3.
