   Consult with stakeholders, managers, and team members to develop training goals and strategies based upon business needs. • Designed program strategy for multinational program group, and am responsible for the end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. • Conduct in-depth job-task analysis and personas to characterize learning audiences. • Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies-based information such as learner experience, course content, and audience location. • Employ training content methodologies that vary from independent activities to role-play exercises, to case studies, to job aids, to simulation exercises, and to mentorship programs. • Create online training deliverables including storyboard development, pilots, writing, graphic design, animation and coding. • Develop deployment and communications strategies. • Use evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness in addressing the business need and to determine whether desired learning and performance outcomes were achieved. Use this information to improve the program post-launch. • Developed 4 multi-week onboarding programs (claims support for Home Depot, underwriters in Canada and the US) and currently help maintain and update five programs. • Evaluate new educational technology. When appropriate, recommend purchasing licenses for department and support implementation. • Recently developed leadership training based upon the book Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement for a Complex World by Stanley McChrystal, Tantum Collins, et al.
