In my current role as Client Account HR Lead, I lead strategic HR initiatives for two Accenture Public Service Diamond accounts. I sit on our account leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals for a workforce of ~700 people. I partner with fellow HR and business leaders to execute people strategies that drive business performance.
