Maintain relationships with tenant and non-tenant clients and internal departments, as well as other stakeholders. Coordinate with local representatives on campus usage, permitting, traffic, and other issues as needed. Constantly monitor event plans, event calendar, invoices, event settlements, labor calls and bills, etc. Assist other departments in creating solutions to or resolving internal, client, and guest issues. Ensure stage crew equipment is maintained, all safety precautions are in place and regularly reviewed, and staff are appropriately trained. Process payroll for hourly employees. Create continued professional education opportunities for full-time staff members. Assist with I.A.T.S.E. Local 15 CBA bargaining and contract administration.
