I specialize in turning complex compliance requirements into engaging training healthcare teams actually understand and follow. My FocusWith over 12 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development, I focus on creating learning experiences that support survey readiness, protect agency revenue, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. As a bilingual healthcare instructional designer, I enjoy translating complex clinical and regulatory concepts into clear, practical learning that helps nurses, therapists, and aides apply what they learn in real patient care situations. How I Design Learning My approach combines research, data analysis, and iterative design methods such as ADDIE, SAM, and Gagne’s 9 Events to ensure training aligns with real performance needs. I analyze learning objectives and operational challenges to develop comprehensive solutions including courses, scripts, job aids, and assessments. I design and develop digital learning using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
