As the Onsite Manager I support talent acquisition activities and manage the contingent workforce for one of our key accounts. This a unique opportunity and to leverage my background in client relationships, management and recruiting and apply it to the medical device market- Manage corporate relationship at the local level for Minnesota sites (Managed Service Provider)- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and key stake holders (VP, Directors, Management, Supervisors, Coordinators) for contract labor workforce engagement and fulfillment, in addition to supporting niche permanent placement needs- Manage requisition intake and fulfillment processes for multiple sites- Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance to contractual agreements- Provide industry insight and salary guides across all technical job categories- Perform employee performance review, management tasks and corrective actions as needed- Assist with internal and external financial and invoice reporting needs- Bridge the gap between local and national delivery offices and client needs by aiding in the development of recruitment plans- Identify and manage additional recruiment support from a network of approved subvendor agencies- Fulfill adhoc reporting needs and analysis- Host On Site recruiting events as needed to support fulfillment needs- Work cross-functionally with the Medical Device Portfolio Management Team, Onsite Operations, National Accounts, and Delivery Teams
