After graduating from the University of Iowa, I knew I wanted a career where I could make an impact and build meaningful connections. At Cottingham & Butler, I’ve found that as a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist. I get the opportunity to engage with students from across the country and help them take the first steps toward their careers.I enjoy the challenge of matching the right talent to the right role and contributing to a team that values growth and collaboration.
