ABOUT ELIZABETH GUZMAN
I\'m a passionately curious leader with a demonstrated history of working in manufacturing and non-profit with an interest in public safety. From my high school internship with the Dallas County Courts to my current role in a 3PL company, I have been entrusted with leading teams of people through the development and implementations of new ERP software, new products and processes, the instability of the supply chain due to the global pandemic, and as of recent: a site relocation due to a merger and tribal knowledge hand-off to 7 departments as a result. My specialties include quickly learning new skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and solve problems, make data-driven decisions, GIS, and most importantly put the end user in the center of it. When I\'m not sharing a new pivot table with my team, I am learning German and what\'s new in location data analytics.
