Role includes- Being a key contact for our participants making sure they are supported throughout their journey- Ensuring all our participants have a high-quality screening process, setting their expectations correctly for the program - Maintaining a high-quality reputation with camps for meeting their international counsellor needs- Contacting participants to answer queries and next steps- Reviewing interview reports, verifying documentation, monitoring and supporting the progress of participants through the application stages in a timely manner- Working closely with country offices and partners across the globe, as well as a direct link with the Toronto office- Providing support on the rollout of online and in-person Hiring Fairs - Hosting regular webinars for participants throughout the season- Providing support to other areas of the business if or when required.
