With a foundation in nursing and a heart set on entrepreneurship, I’ve dedicated my career to operating, scaling, and growing businesses. Since 2016, I\'ve been emmersed in the senior living industry, where I owned and successfully expanded a franchise for nearly eight years. Through hands-on experience, I discovered that the true heartbeat of any business lies in leading and developing its people into exceptional leaders.After selling my franchise, I transitioned into business coaching, where I channel my passion for helping entrepreneurs, franchise owners, and business leaders overcome obstacles and achieve greatness. I believe in pushing through barriers, and I’m committed to empowering others to do the same.My dedication to dementia care led me to author a book on the subject in 2019, which opened doors to national platforms, including guest appearances on shows like The Doctors. I’ve further honed my coaching expertise with certifications as a Proctor Gallagher Coach and an Executive Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), all while providing extensive one-on-one coaching and mentoring.Whether it\'s driving business growth, enhancing leadership skills, or advocating for better dementia care, my mission remains clear: to inspire and guide others towards achieving their fullest potential.
