ABOUT ELIZABETH FABER
Elizabeth Faber is Deloitte’s Global Chief People & Purpose Officer. She is a member of the Deloitte Global Executive Committee and chairs the Global Talent, Inclusion, and Purpose Executive teams. In her current role leading Global People & Purpose, she collaborates with member firm and global business leadership, and the Global Executive Committee, to define the global People & Purpose agenda in service to all of our partners and people in our member firms. This agenda includes developing and executing strategies to deliver a distinctive and inclusive Deloitte talent experience across the globe and embedding our Purpose in all we do to drive significant positive environmental and social impact. She is the Executive responsible for the climate and sustainability strategies and results for Deloitte. Elizabeth has been with Deloitte over 30 years, 20 of which were spent in Shanghai and Singapore. She previously led People & Purpose for the Asia Pacific member firm, as a founding member of the first Asia Pacific Executive Committee. She has been recognized on multiple occasions internally and externally as a strong advocate for Inclusion and for her Human Resources leadership. Elizabeth lives in North Carolina with her husband of over 30 years, and their two daughters, both born in China. Elizabeth has an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a BS from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
