I reformed Euro Pacific Partnerships in 2018 having managed the business from to 2013. We provide practical, pragmatic and professional advice and support in food safety, health and safety and brand protection. Our team have the qualifications, experience and training to support your business competently. Our aim is to give you the confidence of having your own Environmental Health Professional resource. Auditing, training, solving food safety and health & safety challenges and setting up policies and safe systems are what we do best. Throw in some brand awareness and customer experience challenges and you have a lovely package which provides brand protection, and keeps people safe. ABOUT ELIZABETH DUNPHY
I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and a Voting member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. I hold the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Criminal Certificate (2022). I have extensive technical and operational experience in the fields of food safety and health and safety having worked as an Environmental Health Specialist in these areas for over 25 years. I work from Board level through to operational levels. I specialise in the the catering, hospitality, retail and care sectors. My qualifications include a Masters in Law (Food Law), Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management as well as a Diploma in Health Surveying (Australian EHO qualification). My specialisms are allergen awareness and brand protection. I am experienced in supporting legal defences re Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and The Food Safety Act 1990 and I am competent, trained and qualified to appropriately support businesses in Food Safety and Health and Safety. I have had extensive training experience both in terms of developing training courses and delivering them and I am an accredited Highfield Training in Food Safety and Health and Safety (to level 4). I led the Food Standards Agency Randomised Control Trial which resulted in the roll out of Safer Food Better Business to SMEs across England and I co-authored the report in partnership with University of Wales, College of Medicine. Recent projects have included a co-partnering a Food Culture and Legal positioning project with a leading national pub company.I am available for interim roles and opportunities supporting SMEs with a focus on audit delivery, food safety and health and safety technical support, account management and food and safety compliance roles as well as voluntary non executive director positionsSpecialties: Brand Protection, Account Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Brand Standards, Franchise Standards Management, HACCP.
