Maintain tracking, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure municipal contract compliance- Collaborate with city staff and consultants to support contract adherence and program performance- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, commercial/industrial clients, community organizations, government agencies, school officials, media, and the general public regarding service issues and concerns- Develop, implement, and communicate internal and external public education and community outreach initiatives (e.g, commercial recycling, construction recycling, school programs, special event recycling)- Conduct waste audits for commercial and multi-family accounts to assess diversion opportunities- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for municipal partners- Compile and analyze data to produce diversion reports for assigned cities- Provide facility tours and coordinate tour scheduling for various groups- Represent the organization at community events, chamber meetings, government agency meetings, and city council sessions.
