Manage VIP programs that can entail: Meet & Greet, Soundcheck and Q&A, Early Entry, Concession Voucher Redemption (if applicable), and VIP merchandise • Advance/follow up, with venues to coordinate location and timings of the various parts of the program with the venue’s event/production manager, box office manager, food & beverage manager, head-of-security, merchandise manager, etc. • Hire and train local assistants at each show to help execute the program such as merch preparation, M&G set up/breakdown, VIP check-in, and VIP merch distribution • Conduct venue walkthroughs with the venue managers day-of-show to ensure a cohesive understanding of the VIP program • Communicate regularly with all VIPs regarding rules set for M&G and soundcheck/Q&A, VIP merch package details, timing of VIP events, customer service inquiries/requests, etc. • Analyze VIP merch inventory based on number of sold packages and markets and coordinated drop shipments with my project manager • Performed VIP Nation daily administrative documentation such as financial recaps, nightly recaps, bookkeeping, etc. • Coordinate consistently between venue, tour crew, VIP Nation, and/or artist management for all routine and non-routine tasks • Stay within budget set by VIP Nation and/or negotiated with venue for venue staffing, local assistant payments, and my travel
