In my current role, I manage and lead a team of 3 Senior Attorneys, 1 Senior Paralegal, and 2 Administrative Assistants supporting Hasbro\'s eCommerce, Direct to Consumer, Internal Agency, Global Media, and Global Communications organizations. Practice areas include marketing & advertising, children\'s advertising, brand safety & reputation, in-licensing, social & digital marketing (platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), integrated media, consumer engagement & privacy, events (live and virtual \"Cons\"), celebrities, talent & influencers, contests & promotions, e-commerce, B2B, commercial contracts, intellectual property, content, philanthropy and compliance. Key Achievements: • Negotiated and drafted enterprise-wide global media buying agreement • Led legal support team to launch Direct to Consumer retail (Shopify-hosted) and B2B e-Commerce websites • Led team of marketing lawyers in drafting Responsible Advertising & Marketing Policy, and rolled-out training across marketing and PR departments. • Worked with global media team to bring all Hasbro\'s websites and agencies into GDPR compliance. • Played vital role in consolidating Hasbro YouTube channels into one child-directed channel to optimize results with YouTube’s algorithm; established parameters for review of assets by brand legal. • Collaborated with brand legal and e-commerce and copywriters to propose solutions for editing e-commerce copy to enable storytelling and search engine optimization and search engine marketing goal attainment. • Served as trusted legal business partner to CMOs, Internal Agency GM, Digital Marketing SVP, PR & Global Communications SVP, Integrated Media VP, and Media SVP; contributed to ground floor of new projects. • Enhanced self-service for clients by introducing Social Media Influencer Toolkit and Agency Hiring Toolkit; developed usable forms and training for PR and reduced legal touchpoints. • Led cross-functional Brand Safety team; reported to Hasbro President.
