About Elizabeth Darpa
After graduating from Xavier University in May of 2024 with a degree in psychology, I knew I wanted to further pursue an education and career in IO psychology. This passion led me to the MAP program at the University of Cincinnati, where I am studying to earn my degree in applied psychology, with a concentration on organizational psychology. Through various positions I have held, such as currently being a Patient Engagement and Operational Psychology Intern at Spot Health, previously being a Graduate Assistant within UC\'s Department of Psychology, interning at 84.51 as a consultant, and working within Xavier University\'s Office of Undergraduate Admission as a student ambassador, I have developed a large range of skills that allow for me to thrive in a variety of settings. I possess a strong foundation in research, design, and communication, and I have a proven ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and collaborate effectively in academic and professional settings. I thrive by tackling challenges and goals, both personally and professionally, and am interested in pursing a career in IO psychology and organizational development.

Led an end-to-end recruitment process for an open role by writing the job description, screening candidates, creating all interview materials, and conducting interviews to produce a final hiring decision. • Onboarded a new hire and led trainings on all newly developed documentation procedures and processes, facilitating knowledge transfer across the team. • Designed and documented a comprehensive SOP library for inbound patient support handling, including creating processes for documenting on-going support cases and product defects.
