For close to 30 years I\'ve been serving clients throughout the Midwest, providing strategic marketing communications leadership and brand consultation. Throughout my career, I\'ve been fortunate enough to recruit and lead a strong team of talented professionals. My leadership belief system is simple - people first. Being a good leader means recognizing the talents in others and helping them reach their full potential. My job is to coach, listen, remove barriers and be an honest and open champion.
