About Elizabeth Battaglia
Hi. I believe that one person can make a difference and change the World. I am that person and I will continue to change it and make it better. I am a former television Chief Weather Anchor and meteorologist. I have done guest spots and stories for The Weather Channel. I supported the Ebola Response, ZIKA, and the Flint Michigan Water Crisis for CDC, and I am so honored to have done so. I love sports and I am a football super-fan. I am a life-long San Francisco 49ers football fan. I run two fantasy teams in two different leagues with my construction brethren. I am a former Alaska individual and team state champion swimmer; team captain; and former NCAA Division I scholarship athlete. I am an influencer for the American Diabetes Association and I created the #BeAFriendFriday Campaign. I will teach the world about sustainable construction and building green. Dirt and concrete are my favs and I live for the time when I’ll be able to grab a hardhat and walk down a construction project for one of the incredible projects we designed. I am a mentor and I love helping people that are looking to improve their professional lives. I’m a funny person that loves to make others laugh. I can find humor in almost any situation.
