ABOUT ELIZABETH COLLICA
With years of finance leadership experience in both luxury and lifestyle hospitality environments—including Aman New York, Freehand Hotel, Conrad Midtown, and Maxime’s Private Members Club—I bring a dynamic blend of strategic oversight, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership.Throughout my career, I have consistently been tapped to lead during critical moments of transformation—whether navigating the financial complexities of a global pandemic, launching new hospitality concepts from the ground up, or aligning independent operations with publicly traded compliance structures. At Freehand New York, I led financial operations during COVID-19, managing $3.5M in loans, developing cash flow stabilization plans, and executing difficult labor restructuring under union constraints. From there, I joined Aman New York in a pre-opening role, where I implemented finance systems for their high-end F&B venues and a luxury spa, and built scalable SOPs to support profitability in an ultra-luxury, membership-based environment. Most recently, as U.S. Director of Finance for Maxime’s and Birley Bakery, I have overseen the end-to-end financial launch of two new hospitality ventures in Manhattan—managing high value capital expenditures, implementing NetSuite and HR/payroll platforms, and building treasury and reporting infrastructure from the ground up.What sets me apart is my ability to bring structure, clarity, and financial discipline to complex or evolving operations—without losing sight of the guest experience, brand integrity, or cross-functional alignment. I’m passionate about fostering collaborative relationships between finance and operations and providing leadership that drives both accountability and innovation.
