   Support all aspects of line management supervision to CTA staff, including, but not limited to, performance management (quality, quantity and timeliness of work performed), and guidance on corporate policy, training and support.• Ensure staff are working the assigned hours on the project level and meeting utilization requirements at the company level.• Promote a strong team approach to ensure project alignment through active collaboration and communication with Project Management and other departments.• Develop and maintain documents, tools, forms and related items in Worldwide mandated project management systems.• Provide technical assistance to project team (Project Managers, Lead CRAs, CRAs, etc.) with forms, letters, reports, manuals and other documents.• Manage document control functions, including maintaining paper and electronic documents submissions to TMF.• Maintain and provide quality control checks to assure most recent revisions of documents are on portals and server.• Assist project team (CRAs, Lead CRAs, Project Managers, etc.) with collection of documents and follow-up as needed.• Assist with maintenance of trial master file documents as appropriate and needed.• Provide support to Project Management and team for site payments.• Regularly review the status of key documentation in the TMF for SOP compliance.• Perform other duties as assigned by the PM or CTA Supervisor.
