Elizabeth Boskey, Ph.D, M.P.H, LICSW (she/her) is a writer, social worker, and sexuality professional living in the Boston Metro Area. My core skills that I feel bring the most value to my workplace environment are translation and troubleshooting. I\'m skilled at bridging understanding gaps between stakeholder groups - whether that be clinicians and consumers, programmers and researchers, or even just two coworkers who can\'t get on the same page. I have a facility with figuring out both the meaning that someone is trying to convey and how it is being misheard… and then using that to translate both ideas and intentions. I\'m also good at troubleshooting conceptual problems with unexpected but practical solutions. One of my favorite things is making unspoken assumptions spoken - and using them to solve problems.Skills: Writing (consumer, academic), program development, research (mixed-methods), teaching, facilitation.Topical Interests: Transgender health, sexual health, reproductive health, Advocacy and human rights work in sexual and reproductive health and for LGBTQIA populations.

   Helping to direct the research program for the Division of Gynecology. Consulting and collaborating with other researchers in transgender, reproductive, and sexual health. Serving on various committees including the LGBTQ+ Patient Advisory Board, Social Work Research Committee, DEI Ancillary Review, and Social Work Scientific Review. Providing research supervision for social workers. Serving in a leadership role with the Rainbow Coalition, LGBTQ+ Patient Advisory Board, & SW Research Committee.
