I play an active role in the supervision of 2 team members as well as preparing and leading team meetings. Other responsibilities include- Participating in the hiring process for new team members, welcoming them, organizing and coordinating their training- Contributing to the continuous improvement of their work systems- Timesheet management and daily supervision of their work to ensure quality control- Annual performance appraisals and weekly meeting with the Customer Service ManagerORDER PROCESSINGIn this role I also contribute to the processing of purchase orders in the following capacity- Responding to e-mails concerning purchase orders andresolving problematic cases which might require carrying out investigations- Receiving and documenting requests for order modifications or cancellations- Ensuring orders are processed on time and liaising with the Sales team.OPERATIONSAside from ensuring compliance with the schedule for sending expiry notices, this role includes- Creating and maintaining relevant dashboards (performance indicators)-Overseeing purchases of office supplies and that POs are issued for purchases required by directors- Contributing to the processing of reciprocal agreements initiated by the marketing team-Managing internal maintenance requests and supervising suppliers contracted to work at the office- Organizing deliveries and returns of products from distributors- Updating the Operations team\'s Wiki page (procedures, price lists, etc.)- Collaborating in the organization of events such as Druide Classic or book/product launches and other special mandates (e.g: distribution of free copies of Antidote)
